Shaping Hearts – An Annual Celebration of Inclusive Arts
Every year, Shaping Hearts, an inclusive arts festival, shines a spotlight on the remarkable artistic talents within the special needs community, encompassing both visual and performing arts.
This heartwarming event provides beneficiaries a valuable platform to pursue their interests, showcasing their creations through an art exhibition, live performances, and virtual art sales.
In 2021, the festival took place at Our Tampines Hub, Festive Walk and brought forth an exceptional success story from Genuine, a beneficiary of Extra•Ordinary People’s Creative Lab Program.
Among the 120 pieces sold, eight were masterpieces created by Genine.
One of her extraordinary artworks, titled “Light,” was specially selected for the live auction, where it garnered an impressive bid of $30,000. Notably, all seven of her other featured artworks also found loving homes during this incredible festival.
Shaping Hearts embodies the spirit of inclusivity and artistic expression, leaving a lasting impact on artists and audiences alike.
SG I’mable Market
On November 23, 2019, Extra•Ordinary People proudly joined the I’mable Collective by SG Enable, an inspiring initiative celebrating the immense talent of artists with disabilities within the community.
This remarkable platform results from a strong collaboration between public and private sector partners, all driven by the shared vision of establishing a thriving market for high-quality merchandise co-created with individuals with disabilities, supporting their meaningful vocations.
Through the Collective’s efforts, persons with disabilities gain valuable access to new community engagement opportunities that foster independence and active participation. SG I’mable Market stands as a beacon of inclusivity and empowerment, showcasing the boundless potential of these talented artists. Together, we embark on a journey of creativity and support, positively impacting the lives of those involved.
Green Bees

Geylang International Football Club
We are thrilled to announce that Extra•Ordinary People has been proudly adopted as the official Charity and Inclusive partner of Geylang International Football Club for the 2023 Singapore Premier League season.
Being the first Football Club in South East Asia to forge a strategic collaboration with City Football Group (CFG), we are excited for the year ahead.
