Ms Wee Wei Ling

Co-Founder

Ms Wee Wei Ling is the Executive Director of Sustainable Partnerships, Lifestyle and Asset of Pan Pacific Hotels Group Limited. She oversees the asset management of the hotel properties owned by the Pan Pacific Hotels Group Limited, as well as its corporate social responsibility strategy. Ms Wee is responsible for the management of the Group’s lifestyle brands, St. Gregory and Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurants.


In 2011, she was appointed Chairperson of Project We Care, a joint initiative between People’s Association and the private sector in Singapore to encourage corporate volunteerism. Under Ms Wee’s leadership, Project We Care has successfully brought on board more than 300 companies to date.


Ms Wee is passionate about performing arts and believes it has the ability to uplift spirits and instill confidence. In her ongoing quest for knowledge and self-enrichment, she currently holds a Grade 6 certificate in Singing and Grade 5 certificate in Music Theory from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, and is pursuing the next grade of certification.

Mr Wee Boo Kuan

Co-Founder

Mr Wee Boo Kuan is a businessman with more than 30 years of experience in the field of Health and Wellness. He has a strong interest and experience in ecological Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability initiatives (LOHAS). He was instrumental in establishing Singapore’s first certified organic farms under Biological Farmers of Australia (BFA) in the late 1990s and was involved in the wholesale and retail of organic products (Brown Rice Paradise) in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and Australia. He initiated the development of a range of Australian certified organic personal care line and obtained organic certification for a hotel in Western Australia.


In commemorating his father Wee Cho Bian’s 25th year of passing, Mr Wee decided to co-found Extra•Ordinary People. In close collaboration with the business community and other charities, Extra•Ordinary People will focus on the special needs community in Singapore, contributing to a more inclusive and vibrant community. 

Ms Leong Wai Leng

Ms Leong Wai Leng has 30 years of banking and finance experience. She held senior positions in global banks such as Citibank and JP Morgan Chase, as well as Philips Electronics Group. She was appointed CEO & Chairman of OCBC China Limited in 2007 and led the bank’s successful China expansion for six years before returning to Singapore.  During her 13-year tenure in China, she won numerous awards, amongst them the prestigious Magnolia award from Shanghai Municipal government.


Ms Leong was appointed Council Member of Singapore Chinese Chambers of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI) in 2016 and Vice-Chairwoman of its Career Women’s Group. SCCCI is one of the most established commerce chambers in Singapore and remains active in engaging the business community.

Prof Lee Chuen Neng

Professor Lee Chuen Neng is currently Clinical Director, Biomedical Institute for Global Health Research & Technology, National University of Singapore (NUS). Professor Lee is also the Abu Rauff Professor in Surgery, Department of Surgery, School of Medicine, NUS and a Senior Cardiac Surgeon, Department of Cardiac, Thoracic & Vascular Surgery, National University Hospital, Singapore. He is also the Chairman of the Medical Engineering Research & Commercialization Initiative (MERCI) (NUS).


A known expert in his field of study, Professor Lee’s current research areas include MicroBiome in Surgical arenas, system-wide approach for Elderly Surgical patients, among others.


Professor Lee shares his learning and knowledge with aspiring surgeons and doctors in the field through his numerous regional and local publications. 

Mr Ng Kim Tean

Mr Ng Kim Tean is the Chairman of Nanyang Law LLC, a law corporation with 30 staff in 3 offices: 2 offices in Singapore; and 1 office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.


His primary areas of law practice are fund management, corporate restructuring, commercial and company law. His other area of expertise also includes intellectual property law; his many years of hands-on experience have exposed him to all aspects of intellectual property in Singapore and various foreign countries.


Mr Ng was a 2-term President of the Singapore Inventors’ Development Association, a part-time lecturer at Nanyang Technological University; and an Adjunct Faculty of SMU. He was a member of the Examination Committee for Patent Agents and a Fellow of the Intellectual Property Technology Consultant Registry. 


Mr Ng, an engineer-turned-lawyer, holds a B.Eng. (Elect), NUS and a LL.B. (Hons), London. He is also qualified as a UK Barrister, a Singapore qualified lawyer and a Registered Patent Agent.

Ms. Inge Kua

Ms. Inge Kua has more than 3 decades of banking and finance experience. She has held senior positions in global banks such as UBS (previously Swiss Bank Corp) and BNP Paribas. She is currently Vice Chairman of Southeast Asia for BNP Paribas Wealth Management in Asia.

Over the years Inge has worked with many Forbes list families from the region with complex wealth planning and investment needs. 

She is also instrumental in spearheading many of the bank’s CSR and ESG initiatives.

Dr Ang Poon Liat

Dr Ang Poon Liat is a paediatrician in practice for 45 years, with special interest in nutrition and its impact on childhood development, health, behavioural disorders and ageing.


He is currently a consultant paediatrician in Thomson Paediatric Centre, which is part of Thomson Medical Centre, a hospital for women and children in Singapore. In addition, he has been running another two clinics – one for autism and the other for anti-ageing – for the past 20 years.


The depth and breadth of Dr Ang’s experience in clinical nutrition allows him to write with authority, about the impact of nutrition on health from the medical point-of-view. His first book, The Wonders of Nutrition, discusses how our genes and our dynamic bodies respond to food and lifestyle. He explains how optimal nutrition and a healing lifestyle can work wonders when they harmonise with our genetic programming. His second book, ‘Roadmaps to Recovery’, explains how correct and balanced nutrition plays a pivotal role in healing chronic degenerative diseases.  


Dr Ang received his basic MBBS degree from The University of Singapore, followed by a Master of Medicine in Paediatrics and a Doctorate in Medicine (MD). 

Mdm Margaret Wee Bee Hoon

Mdm Margaret Wee Bee Hoon is currently Honorary Chairperson of the Management Committee and Board of Nanyang Girls’ High School. Her deep involvement with Nanyang Girls’ High School dates back to 40 years ago when she was first appointed as Assistant Treasurer of the Management Committee and Board, before eventually assuming the role of Chairperson.


Mdm Wee is a passionate champion of building inclusivity, particularly in reaching out to underprivileged and lonely seniors in Singapore. She is the founder and current President of Concern and Care Society, a Voluntary Welfare Organisation (VWO) which engages the community to improve mental and social well-being of the elderly for the last 16 years.


Mdm Wee has been awarded the Public Service Medal (PBM) and the Public Service Star (BBM).
